The Gym Gear Women's Olympic Lifting Bar is specially designed to accommodate smaller hands, featuring a 25mm grip diameter. It's also notably lighter than standard Olympic bars, weighing only 15kg. The bar is coated with hard chrome for enhanced durability and stability, thanks to its six bearings.

It includes clear markings for Power Lifting and Olympic Lifting, making it versatile for a range of workout routines. This bar is particularly well-suited for all Olympic lifting exercises, with a special emphasis on deadlifts, where a secure grip is crucial.
