The Pro Suspension Trainer is a portable and lightweight training system that offers the flexibility to exercise wherever and whenever you like, whether it's attached to a door frame or a wall anchor. It harnesses your own body weight as resistance to help you strengthen your entire body, build muscle, and burn unwanted fat. Suspension Training not only enhances flexibility and endurance but also aids in developing and maintaining a strong core.

Our unique steel T-fastener buckles enable quick adjustments of the Apex-style straps, which can be extended from 1.2m to 2.5m (excluding the Anchor Strap) to accommodate users of all sizes and fitness levels. The Apex straps can be secured to our 1.25m anchor strap, offering five different attachment points. This versatility allows for various exercises, whether using the integral door jam or attaching it to a wall anchor eyelet (not included).

Alternatively, you can wrap the anchor strap around a tree or any sturdy object with a circumference of up to 1.1m, providing complete flexibility in choosing your workout location. The ABS hand grips feature integrated foot cradles for ground-based exercises, enabling you to engage your entire body. The package is completed with a mesh carry bag for easy transportation.

It's worth noting that this suspension trainer can support a maximum user weight of 125kg but has undergone independent load testing up to an impressive 450kg, ensuring its quality and durability.
