The Stainless Steel Marinara Pizza Oven has a fire tool, a flue pipe with an adjustable smoke exit valve and chimney top, and a closing door for the cooking chamber. The fire surface is a high-quality refractory chamotte, perfect for food use. The internal structure of the Marinara is stainless steel, while the external one is electro-galvanized steel treated. In addition, this has paints at high temperatures for the maximum resistance to heat, weather and rust. The insulation of the oven is natural rock wool and it allows to maintain temperature more efficiently. This helps to avoid the external structure from becoming too hot.
